Day types apply to all kids. Click a day or drag across a range. Double days count as two school days. Check Lock paint to browse days without changing them.
Select a day to see each child’s subjects.
Edit names, curriculum, required school days, and per-subject day counts. Open Lessons to add titles for each day.
Lessons are ordered by day number. Day 1 on the calendar uses the first lesson, Day 2 the second, and so on. Leave titles blank to show only “Day N of M.”
Upload a CSV or JSON file for the selected subject. Supported columns: order (or day/number), title, notes. Headers are flexible.
Set the year range. Progress below is calculated from the painted calendar.

Builds a full school-year poster sized for large-format printing. You’ll save a PDF in the browser, then upload that PDF at FedEx with the matching paper size.
Tip: 36 × 24 in landscape is a common FedEx poster size and fits a school year well. In the print dialog choose Save as PDF, turn on background graphics, and use the same custom paper size.
Upload the PDF → choose Large Format / Poster → pick the same inches as above → matte or satin paper works well for a wall calendar. Colors are baked into the PDF so school / co-op / double / off stay readable from across the room.
Record Abeka and BJU assignment scores. Enter points missed from the answer key, or a final percentage. Synced with the family account.

New children automatically receive the default subjects from Settings.
10-point is most common for parent-led. Use 6-point if enrolled in accredited Abeka Academy (keys usually list both).
These subjects are added whenever you create a new child.
Existing subjects on a child are left alone (no duplicates).
